Each workshop will focus on a pairing of the Chakras, a lower (or Earthly chakra) and a higher (or Ethereal Chakra). We will learn tools to help balance, unblock, and find homeostatic energy with these Chakra pairs. Through a carefully curated practice of meditation, breath-work, movement, and sound bath, it is here where we will explore these chakra pairings and their energetic bridge between the centered Heart Chakra.
