CHAKRA ALCHEMY
The Final Workshop in the Series

Sunday, September 13 • 1–3 PM

Third and final Chakra Alchemy workshop of the series is Sunday, September 13th from 1pm to 3pm. And we invite you to join us as we dive into the pairing of our grounding Root Chakra ❤️ and ascending Crown Chakra 💜 with the Heart Chakra 💚 Center.

✨ Wondering What Chakra Alchemy Is Like?

Hear from Shawn about her experience.

Each workshop will focus on a pairing of the Chakras, a lower (or Earthly chakra) and a higher (or Ethereal Chakra). We will learn tools to help balance, unblock, and find homeostatic energy with these Chakra pairs. Through a carefully curated practice of meditation, breath-work, movement, and sound bath, it is here where we will explore these chakra pairings and their energetic bridge between the centered Heart Chakra.

When balanced, in tandem, these Devine partnerships create a flow and unblock your full life force energy.
