Our Classes

Tai Chi/ Qi Gong

Discover the art of slow, mindful movement using principles of classical Chinese movement arts (including structure, lifeforce cultivation, East Asian medicine and martial arts). This gentle practice combines fluid, continuous motions with deep breathwork to reduce stress while improving mental acuity as well as balance, core stability, and joint flexibility. Ideal for all skill levels.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links sequential movement of postures with breath. Classes are taught with an intentional transition from one shape to the next.  This creative style of yoga has no fixed sequence and teachers creatively mix poses making every class experience unique.  Class is faster paced than Gentle Flow and suitable for those who have had previous yoga experience.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, conscious breathing, mantra, music and meditation, which can bring you relaxation, self-healing and elevation. It will balance body and mind, which will help enable you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required.

Gentle Flow

This gentle, slow-flow Vinyasa class pairs mindful, deliberate movement with deep breath to create an accessible space for relaxation and alignment. By holding poses longer and transitioning slowly, you will safely build core strength and improve joint flexibility. It is the perfect practice to calm the nervous system, lower stress, and cultivate mental clarity. All levels.

Yoga Foundations

Yoga Foundations focuses on gentle and basic stretches with simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Using props and modifications of poses based on your unique body, the class is designed for those new to yoga and those who would like to refine their current yoga practice. All levels.

Balance & Strength

** Please note: indoor-only shoes are required

This circuit training class combines functional strength training with mindful movement to help you build strength, stability, resilience and balance. You'll rotate through timed stations using TRX straps, dumbbells, BOSU trainers, stability balls, resistance bands, and other equipment.

Every exercise is demonstrated and can be adapted to your individual needs, allowing you to work at your own pace and safely challenge yourself. All levels.

Sound Healing with Instruments

A guided deep relaxation with the sound of gongs, bowls, drums, chimes, rain sticks and other musical instruments. This class is taught while participants are in Savasana (Corpse Pose) with no movement involved making it accessible for all levels. In a society that is so focused on doing, slowing down to reset the nervous system and concentrate on sound is essential for healing. The parasympathetic nervous system is ruled by sound, and one of the most powerful ways to regulate it is through the use of gongs and other powerfully therapeutic sound instruments.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply calming practice that involves holding gentle, passive poses for extended periods while completely supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks. By eliminating physical effort, it allows the muscles to fully relax and helps shift the nervous system out of "fight-or-flight" mode into a state of deep rest. This process reduces circulating stress hormones, lowers heart rate, and eases chronic muscle tension throughout the body. Ultimately, it promotes cellular recovery, enhances flexibility without strain, and restores both mental and physical energy. All skill levels.

Adaptive Flow Yoga

Adaptive flow yoga is a flexible, modified practice that blends movements with the use of props like chairs, blocks, and straps to make yoga accessible for every body type, injury, or mobility level. It focuses on functional movement and custom variations, allowing students to experience the cardiovascular and strength benefits of a traditional flow at their own pace. Ultimately, it prioritizes how a pose feels rather than how it looks, empowering individuals to tune in and adapt the practice to their unique physical needs.  All levels.

Hatha

Our Hatha classes focus on alignment and refinement of yoga poses.  The movement is unhurried, with clear pauses between poses or sequences. We might flow through a few postures, come to a standstill to observe alignment, and then move to the next set of postures. It is a mix of movement and stillness.  Most classes focus on a specific concept or message and aim to teach safe alignment to heal, build strength, improve balance and functional mobility.  All skill levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice focused on holding passive postures for three to five minutes or longer supported by myriad yoga props. It targets deep connective tissues rather than active muscles. This style promotes flexibility, improves circulation, and encourages a deep state of mental stillness. It serves as a meditative balance to faster, more muscular yoga practices such as Vinyasa.  All skill levels.

Vin Yin

Get the best of both worlds with this dynamic "Yang to Yin" practice that perfectly balances energy and stillness. The first half fires up your body with a fluid Vinyasa flow to build strength, heat, and focus. You will then wind down for the second half with deeply restorative Yin poses, holding gentle stretches to target deep connective tissues and melt away lingering tension. All skill levels.
